Regulations about the membership in the Cluster of security in Dubna
- 1.1. Full members of the Cluster can be represented by legal entities registered in Russia and working in the field of security in Dubna.
- 1.2. Full members of the Сluster are all the Founders, and those new Active members who came later, in accordance with these Regulations.
- 1.3. Persons who have entered into the Cluster after its establishment and Founders of the Custer have the same rights and responsibilities. These regulations apply equally to both the Founders of the Cluster and to other Full Members.
- 1.4. Cluster membership is open to new Full Members.
- 1.5. For joining the Cluster as a full member an applicant applies to the Presidium of the local Cluster.
- 1.6. The admission to the Cluster is considered approved if the candidate has received at least 90% of the votes of Full members of the Cluster attending the General Assembly. Voting can be done both in person and in absentia.
- 1.7. After 7-day voting the Cluster Board makes the protocol and informs the candidate of his admission into Full Cluster member.
- 1.8. The candidate is considered being accepted to Full Members of the Cluster after the signing of Protocol of the General Assembly.
- 1.9. The rights of a member of the Cluster cannot be given to a third party.
- 1.10. The withdrawal of an active member from the Cluster is carried out by submitting a written request to the Board of the local Cluster.
- 1.11. Not later than three months after a member has filled a withdraw application; the Cluster must decide all questions about withdrawing a full member out of the Cluster.
- 1.12. After the decision listed in Section 11.1. of this regulation at the next meeting of the Board the Cluster passes the decision to withdraw the applicant from the Full Members of the Cluster.
- 1.13. Active members of the Cluster is not entitled to receive a part of his property or its cost when he leaves the cluster with the exception of property that was given to him by members of the Cluster.
- 1.14. An active member of the Cluster, systematically or improperly performing his duties or having violated his commitments to the Cluster and also preventing actions or inactions of the Cluster, may be excluded from it. The General Assembly of members of the Cluster adopts the decision for an expulsion by the number of votes not less than 90% of the votes of active Cluster members participating in the General Assembly.
